If it was possible to give Dara 10 stars I absolutely would. We are new to the area and she not only took all of our concerns and desires into consideration but sent us several videos of possibilities and shared every detail to support our search process. Dara is kind and patient and truly listens. She absorbed our likes and dislikes and became our advocate and partner. She found us the perfect home!!!! Along our journey she shared videos of the crawlspaces and the borders around the houses looking for any possible issues. We trust Dara and her thoroughness became golden to us. I truly believe we found our forever home but if we are ever in the market again she will be the first person we call and I will always recommend her so highly.

Let me start by saying I rarely post reviews of any kind. That said, I feel compelled to in this case because if anyone deserves a Five-Star recommendation, it’s Nancy Caggia. I came to our first meeting loaded with 1,000 Questions about the Raleigh-Durham area. Not only did Nancy answer every question in remarkable detail, she happily indulged another 1,000 or so follow-up questions I had for her in the ensuing weeks. To say, “She knows every neighborhood in Raleigh" would be a gross understatement. It would be more accurate to say that she knows every street... every house... every school... every shopping center… every park bench, light post, stop sign and bike trail… But that’s not all. I should also tell you that I was a terrible Client! My search parameters were awful and I got quite used to sending Nancy last-minute texts in the middle of the night. Most agents would’ve been irritated but Nancy responded quickly and accurately, each and every time. We covered more ground, faster and more efficiently than I would have with any other realtor. Don’t waste your time looking for answers here and there. (The Internet is the worst.) If you’re considering a move to Raleigh, just call Nancy Caggia. She has all the information you'll need to make the big decision. And she gives it to you straight. We moved from Illinois earlier this year, and I cannot recommend Justin enough. His knowledge of the area, responsiveness and guidance through the process were exceptional. In a crazy market, we were able to go under contract within a few weeks of looking, and he was able to negotiate items for the seller to cover, which was totally unexpected- I have no idea how he did it.
