If it was possible to give Dara 10 stars I absolutely would. We are new to the area and she not only took all of our concerns and desires into consideration but sent us several videos of possibilities and shared every detail to support our search process. Dara is kind and patient and truly listens. She absorbed our likes and dislikes and became our advocate and partner. She found us the perfect home!!!! Along our journey she shared videos of the crawlspaces and the borders around the houses looking for any possible issues. We trust Dara and her thoroughness became golden to us. I truly believe we found our forever home but if we are ever in the market again she will be the first person we call and I will always recommend her so highly.

Let me start by saying I rarely post reviews of any kind. That said, I feel compelled to in this case because if anyone deserves a Five-Star recommendation, it’s Nancy Caggia. I came to our first meeting loaded with 1,000 Questions about the Raleigh-Durham area. Not only did Nancy answer every question in remarkable detail, she happily indulged another 1,000 or so follow-up questions I had for her in the ensuing weeks. To say, “She knows every neighborhood in Raleigh" would be a gross understatement. It would be more accurate to say that she knows every street... every house... every school... every shopping center… every park bench, light post, stop sign and bike trail… But that’s not all. I should also tell you that I was a terrible Client! My search parameters were awful and I got quite used to sending Nancy last-minute texts in the middle of the night. Most agents would’ve been irritated but Nancy responded quickly and accurately, each and every time. We covered more ground, faster and more efficiently than I would have with any other realtor. Don’t waste your time looking for answers here and there. (The Internet is the worst.) If you’re considering a move to Raleigh, just call Nancy Caggia. She has all the information you'll need to make the big decision. And she gives it to you straight. We first met Jackie about 3 years ago, while in town we spent two days with Jackie as she showed us various neighborhoods and some of the currently available homes. We returned to Illinois to start getting our home ready to list. During this time Jackie emailed us listings of homes that she thought would fill the bill. It took approx two years to sell our home and in late Feb. we found ourselves with a signed contract on our home with closing set for March 27th. We contacted Jackie & flew out to Vegas to find our home in the West and we allotted a week to accomplish this task. Jackie showed us approx. 20 + homes in our first 4 days and we found our home late on the day 4, Saturday. We made an offer and signed a contract on day 5. We got a signed contract back from the seller first thing on day 6 and Jackie was able to arrange for a home inspection on Monday afternoon and we received a report, discussed repairs needed, received acceptance from seller for repairs and flew back to Illinois on the red eye on day 7. While we were busy getting ready for our closing and moving of our furnishings out of our home, Jackie was taking care of everything in Vegas for us. She reviewed all the repairs that we requested and did the final walk thru prior to our closing. Not only did she do everything we asked of her, she came up with items that we did not even think of. She was truly a life saver and a pure pleasure to deal with.
