Kent Thompson went above and beyond, providing us a great experience selling our house. He helped us settle on a strategy for the whole process. We needed some work done and he had someone who could knock out our whole "to do" list. Kent was picking up paint, bringing in the trash can, and was sweeping up after. We were blown away! When it came to lining up showings and keeping track of offers he was on top of everything. In the end we sold for far more then we were expecting, even in the current market. Adrienne helped us find our very first home. We were fairly picky customers and it took us about 10 months to find our house, but Adrienne was patient throughout the process. We always felt like she was in our corner, looking out for our best interests. When we got discouraged because we weren't finding exactly what we wanted and ready to settle, she made sure we stayed the course and held out for what we really wanted. Thank goodness she didn't let us settle because we found exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier!! Adrienne was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful throughout everything. Being first time buyers we had tons of questions and concerns, but Adrienne was more then able to answer those questions and calm any concerns we had. I am very happy with the people she recommended during our closing, such as home and termite inspection, real estate lawyers, etc. We closed on time and had no issues. If it was possible to give Dara 10 stars I absolutely would. We are new to the area and she not only took all of our concerns and desires into consideration but sent us several videos of possibilities and shared every detail to support our search process. Dara is kind and patient and truly listens. She absorbed our likes and dislikes and became our advocate and partner. She found us the perfect home!!!! Along our journey she shared videos of the crawlspaces and the borders around the houses looking for any possible issues. We trust Dara and her thoroughness became golden to us. I truly believe we found our forever home but if we are ever in the market again she will be the first person we call and I will always recommend her so highly.
