I was referred to Scott and his team as one of the top agents in the Raleigh area. After an initial discussion to understand our needs, Scott and his associate Andrew helped show us numerous houses until we finally keyed in on the one that would become our home. We are a bit picky, and luckily, they are very patient and took the time to ensure we found what we were looking for and did not try to sell us on house that did not fit our criteria. Andrew in particular was instrumental in helping us win and close quickly on our home. We were in a multi-bidder situation facing off against 5 other buyers and Andrew (with Scott's guidance and oversight) helped craft an offer and strategy that was accepted within 8 hours of our offer and closed within 2 weeks. We are very happy in our new home. The process was smooth and took the amount of time necessary to find the house at the price and terms we were seeking. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and thete were so many things that I didn’t understand. Graham experience and knowledge was vital to the process. Its like he knew what questions I had before I did. He was always a step ahead and really made it a seemless process.
