Dorathea was fantastic! I was uncertain and nervous going into buying my first home, and she was consistently communicative, knowledgeable, and so incredibly kind. When I found the right property, she jumped on it and worked through the weekend to have our offer in and accepted in under 48 hours. The whole process was under a month from offer to closing - faster, easier, and smoother than I ever thought it was going to be. She was in constant communication throughout and always reachable if I had questions. I really can't say enough good things about her knowledge of the local market: her recommendation for the offer was spot on with the appraised value and comparables, and I was very happy with the inspection services she recommended, including specialty septic and well water panel. Six stars out of five!

Michelle went above and beyond to help us buy & sell our current home. The process was smooth and we closed early on both properties. Highly recommend.

Selling a home is stressful. Selling a home after moving across the world while juggling a 6 hour time zone difference and different government regulations is downright frustrating. Mrs. Angela took all this in stride and even fielded a few hissy fits on my end to keep everything running properly. She offered compromises, good advice, and even made calls on my behalf to make sure what needed to be done got done. For as frustratingly difficult as the selling process occasionally was, she made it as easy as possible. Thank you so much from my family to yours *heart*
