I really can't say enough good things about her knowledge of the local market: her recommendation for the offer was spot on with the appraised value and comparables, and I was very happy with the inspection services she recommended, including specialty septic and well water panel. Selling a home is stressful. Selling a home after moving across the world while juggling a 6 hour time zone difference and different government regulations is downright frustrating.
