Kris Hutaff has represented my family for three generations both as seller and buyers agent. I have had some dealings with other agents, but Kris is the best I have ever seen. She is helpful to both the buyer and seller, extremely knowledgeable of market conditions as we have seen many ups and downs and has ethics and morals many could/should learn from.
