We were selling our home in a changing market. Kenisha not only understood the market, but she understood our needs. Kenisha worked diligently to get our home sold as soon as possible. Kenisha was able to develop creative ideas from the feedback she received from agents and people visiting our home to further enhance the appeal of our home. Overall Kenisha was professional and personable. She always responded to us promptly, answering all of our questions. Kenisha was compassionate, patient and took her time in ensuring we understood all parts of the process. She went above and beyond her role as our agent. In a crazy market, we were able to go under contract within a few weeks of looking, and he was able to negotiate items for the seller to cover, which was totally unexpected- I have no idea how he did it. If it was possible to give Dara 10 stars I absolutely would. We are new to the area and she not only took all of our concerns and desires into consideration but sent us several videos of possibilities and shared every detail to support our search process. Dara is kind and patient and truly listens. She absorbed our likes and dislikes and became our advocate and partner. She found us the perfect home!!!! Along our journey she shared videos of the crawlspaces and the borders around the houses looking for any possible issues. We trust Dara and her thoroughness became golden to us. I truly believe we found our forever home but if we are ever in the market again she will be the first person we call and I will always recommend her so highly.

Adrienne helped us find our very first home. We were fairly picky customers and it took us about 10 months to find our house, but Adrienne was patient throughout the process. We always felt like she was in our corner, looking out for our best interests. When we got discouraged because we weren't finding exactly what we wanted and ready to settle, she made sure we stayed the course and held out for what we really wanted.
