Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, the idea of leaving a beautiful city, full of southern charm, and conveniently close to the mountains or the beach, was hard, but luckily I didn’t have to. After graduating from North Carolina School of the Arts, I was offered a position in the Carolina Ballet, located in Raleigh! It was during my career as a Ballerina that my passion for Real Estate bloomed, and I began working as an assistant to a local builder. Providing tours in model homes and working with Sales Agents to write contracts, I quickly realized I really enjoyed helping people find their new home and decided to get my Real Estate license. I was honored to be offered a position on The Rachel Kendall Team, a true team of real estate professionals who work together for one common goal; to ensure each client gets the highest level of customer service this industry has to offer! My intimate knowledge of the area, my experiences of living here my whole life, and my love of this charming city give me the desire to make my home, your home. I recognize and value the trust clients place in me, and I strive everyday to exceed their expectations. My mission is to make the path to homeownership fun, simple and worry-free for my clients. In my free time, you will either find me at the dog park with Steve, our Golden Retriever, in the studio taking a Ballet class, or with my husband, Chad, and son, Logan, at our family vacation home on the Pungo River.
