Machella was an absolute blessing to work with as a first time home buyer. I was referred to her via one of my best friends who had nothing but positive things to say about Machella. I trusted Machella’s input and advice and she never steered me wrong. Machella was great with speaking to builders to find more information on homes I was interested in. She was also a great advocate for me when it came to negotiations. An additional component that I loved about Machella, is that she is also very responsive. She answered texts and returned calls within an appropriate time. She is also very easy to communicate with. She is professional, as well as, easy to get along with. If I were to ever purchase another home in the Greenville area, she would be my immediate go to person. Hands. Down. If I know of anyone else looking to purchase a home, I would refer them to Machella.

Brad was not someone we knew but he was available to show us a property we were interested in and after meeting him we knew he would be someone we could count on to help us with our decision to make an offer to purchase. Brad was helpful, responsive and knowledgeable and was not pushy which was something we value in a realtor. There was a small glitch at closing and he stayed with us until all was settled. They both made the usually very stressful job of purchasing a new home very enjoyable.
