Kenisha was wonderful. She worked with us during every step of the process to sell our home from getting needed repairs through the actual sell of our home. We were selling our home in a changing market. Kenisha not only understood the market, but she understood our needs. Kenisha worked diligently to get our home sold as soon as possible. Kenisha was able to develop creative ideas from the feedback she received from agents and people visiting our home to further enhance the appeal of our home. Overall Kenisha was professional and personable. She always responded to us promptly, answering all of our questions. Kenisha was compassionate, patient and took her time in ensuring we understood all parts of the process. She went above and beyond her role as our agent. She made a time that can be extremely stressful bearable. I would highly recommend Kenisha for your home selling or buying needs. I definitely will be working with her and her team again without hesitation.

We have used John for our last two homes. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the triangle and was very diligent and professional in helping us negotiate the sale. He made sure that we knew all the details about the house so we did not make a mistake in our purchase. After our purchases he always continues to help with suggestions on contractors we might need to make changes we have in mind. All of John’s recommendations have been excellent. John is terrific

My wife and I listed our house with Mike and his team. The process was easy. I even had to delist for a month to handle a personal matter and then put the house back on market. It sold that weekend!

When the decision to sell our home was made, Christopher sprung into immediate action making sure the professional photography and the 3-D layout was flawless. All of these services as well as his negotiating skills made a tremendous impact with the ultimate price and the favorable terms of the sale.
