Machella was an absolute blessing to work with as a first time home buyer. I was referred to her via one of my best friends who had nothing but positive things to say about Machella. I trusted Machella’s input and advice and she never steered me wrong. Machella was great with speaking to builders to find more information on homes I was interested in. She was also a great advocate for me when it came to negotiations. An additional component that I loved about Machella, is that she is also very responsive. She answered texts and returned calls within an appropriate time. She is also very easy to communicate with. She is professional, as well as, easy to get along with. If I were to ever purchase another home in the Greenville area, she would be my immediate go to person. Hands. Down. If I know of anyone else looking to purchase a home, I would refer them to Machella.

We were thankful to have Alan in our corner for the sale of our home. Circumstances required knowledge and experience that we did not have, and we had, not only Alan, but his entire office aiding us and seeing us through. We couldn’t have done it without them.

Kathy was referred to us through a friend. We were moving from NJ and initially were looking in the Chapel Hill and Durham area but pivoted to Raleigh to be closer to the high school one of our sons was going to be attending. Kathy always made time to show us all the homes we wanted to see. She was a fantastic negotiator with the builder we ultimately bought from. She helped line up a great home inspector, helped us find a lawyer for our closing, and recommended a home and auto insurance company. She is 100% professional, crazy smart, hard working and a delight to work with. Her communication with us throughout the whole process was fantastic. Having Kathy as your realtor you will always have someone who is in your corner and always advocating with your interests first.
