They both made the usually very stressful job of purchasing a new home very enjoyable. Jerry was there with any questions I had and basically held our hands throughout the entire process.Kristen was in the background dealing with the ususal questions we had concerning what to do about services like electric, water monthly charges and was alway there for us no matter the issue.I'm not one that usually toots someone elses horn but the team of Jerry and Kristin is outstanding!!

Kenisha was wonderful. She worked with us during every step of the process to sell our home from getting needed repairs through the actual sell of our home. We were selling our home in a changing market. Kenisha not only understood the market, but she understood our needs. Kenisha worked diligently to get our home sold as soon as possible. Kenisha was able to develop creative ideas from the feedback she received from agents and people visiting our home to further enhance the appeal of our home. Overall Kenisha was professional and personable. She always responded to us promptly, answering all of our questions. Kenisha was compassionate, patient and took her time in ensuring we understood all parts of the process. She went above and beyond her role as our agent. She made a time that can be extremely stressful bearable. I would highly recommend Kenisha for your home selling or buying needs. Let me start by saying I rarely post reviews of any kind. That said, I feel compelled to in this case because if anyone deserves a Five-Star recommendation, it’s Nancy Caggia. I came to our first meeting loaded with 1,000 Questions about the Raleigh-Durham area. Not only did Nancy answer every question in remarkable detail, she happily indulged another 1,000 or so follow-up questions I had for her in the ensuing weeks. To say, “She knows every neighborhood in Raleigh" would be a gross understatement. It would be more accurate to say that she knows every street... every house... every school... every shopping center… every park bench, light post, stop sign and bike trail… But that’s not all. I should also tell you that I was a terrible Client! My search parameters were awful and I got quite used to sending Nancy last-minute texts in the middle of the night. Most agents would’ve been irritated but Nancy responded quickly and accurately, each and every time. We covered more ground, faster and more efficiently than I would have with any other realtor. Don’t waste your time looking for answers here and there. (The Internet is the worst.) If you’re considering a move to Raleigh, just call Nancy Caggia. She has all the information you'll need to make the big decision. And she gives it to you straight. After a less than satisfying experience with a different agent many years ago, I was nervous about putting my house on the market again. From the beginning, Laura worked with me with just the right balance of professionalism and humor. She helped me prep the house for the amazing shots her photographer got of the house. Laura acted as my advocate, and gave good and honest advice throughout the whole process. If I am ever in a position to buy, I'll call her again.
