Machella was an absolute blessing to work with as a first time home buyer. I was referred to her via one of my best friends who had nothing but positive things to say about Machella. I trusted Machella’s input and advice and she never steered me wrong. Machella was great with speaking to builders to find more information on homes I was interested in. She was also a great advocate for me when it came to negotiations. An additional component that I loved about Machella, is that she is also very responsive. She answered texts and returned calls within an appropriate time. She is also very easy to communicate with. She is professional, as well as, easy to get along with. If I were to ever purchase another home in the Greenville area, she would be my immediate go to person. Hands. Down. If I know of anyone else looking to purchase a home, I would refer them to Machella.

Ginger was always available to answer our questions and was very knowledgeable about important issues. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible realtor.

We had a great pleasure working with Debra and her staff throughout the whole process of selling our old house and buying a new one. She was excellent, prompt, and very knowledgeable . She and her team, explained the process to us with the honest professionalism and updated us with any details or issues may have risen. We will certainly work with Debra again in the future and highly recommend her.
