Kelli fell in our lap as the realtor assigned through Zillow for the first property we saw online. What a gift! While that property did not become ours (first contract written), Kelli stuck with us through MANY viewings and 3 more contracts in a very crazy and highly competitive marketplace. Her knowledge of a very wide area was extensive and she could speak with understanding about the various locations that might be desirable and, also, those we might want to avoid. She hung in there with us as we finalized our accepted offer and then the numerous trips during due diligence for all the various trades to come through for inspections. THEN, she hung in there with us for the contractors coming to do measurements and inspections to provide estimates for our desired changes prior to closing. Absolutely one of the best, most knowledgeable, most responsive realtors I have ever encountered!!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!

From day one, Irene had the information we needed to place out house on the market for the right price. Her knowledge from all of her experience on what we needed to do to the house so it sold for top dollar was spot on. We used all the workers (painter, counter top installer, plumber) Irene had contact with and we couldn't have been happier. She coordinated the workers and made sure it was correct, done well and for a good price. Irene answered every question we had all along the process and kept us informed constantly. Melissa was the rock when we were buying and selling. She was on top of all the steps needed when buying a home. She worked with me as we narrowed down what we wanted vs what we needed. Melissa was extremely patient as we changed our needs and what we wanted to spend; through it all, she kept a professional attitude and laughed at my jokes. Once we found the house we wanted and make an offer, she had a list of handymen for us to choose from for the repairs to make the move-in go smoothly. When it came to listing our home two hurricanes came through our area just after listing our home for sale followed by the wettest fall in history for our area. She was always upbeat and made gentle suggestions to improve the look of the house. Every step of the process Melissa kept us informed of the showing comments so we knew where to spend the money to get the biggest bang for our bucks. When we got two offers in the same week (and yes it's all because of Melissa's suggestions) she guided us in choosing the best one for us. In all honesty, I don't think there's a better choice when you're looking to buy or sell your home.
