Never worried about anything selling with Irene!
From day one, Irene had the information we needed to place out house on the market for the right price. Her knowledge from all of her experience on what we needed to do to the house so it sold for top dollar was spot on. We used all the workers (painter, counter top installer, plumber) Irene had contact with and we couldn't have been happier. She coordinated the workers and made sure it was correct, done well and for a good price. Irene answered every question we had all along the process and kept us informed constantly. We would recommend Irene to anyone selling a house.
