We are new to the area and she not only took all of our concerns and desires into consideration but sent us several videos of possibilities and shared every detail to support our search process. Dara is kind and patient and truly listens. She absorbed our likes and dislikes and became our advocate and partner. She found us the perfect home!!!! Along our journey she shared videos of the crawlspaces and the borders around the houses looking for any possible issues. We trust Dara and her thoroughness became golden to us. I truly believe we found our forever home but if we are ever in the market again she will be the first person we call and I will always recommend her so highly.

My experience with Shane was very positive. He communicated well and is very knowledgeable about the NC buying process, which was especially helpful for someone coming from out-of-state and being a first time homebuyer in NC. He helped me every step of the way from finding an excellent mortgage broker to get pre-approved to completing all the tasks during due diligence. Shane was quick to schedule and go to showings when I requested to see a property. He also found other properties to help me expand my search. But, Shane's experience and expertise really shines after the offer is accepted. He was extremely helpful during the due diligence period in coordinating the law firm, the inspection, survey, etc., - all were top-notch professionals.
