She patiently talked me through the many ins and outs of the selling process, and when I moved to Boston before selling my condo, she was consistently in touch with updates on open houses and potential buyers' questions/concerns about the property. More importantly, when I accepted an offer on my condo, she and her closing coordinator, Lori, made signing documents and the like very convenient at a time when my father was gravely ill.
