She coordinated all of the contractors for renovations, repairs, landscaping, cleaning, staging, and photography, then created an excellent online listing that showcased the house beautifully. Thanks to her hard work and attention to every detail, we received an offer the day after the house was listed for more than the listing price and closed in less than a month! She patiently talked me through the many ins and outs of the selling process, and when I moved to Boston before selling my condo, she was consistently in touch with updates on open houses and potential buyers' questions/concerns about the property.
