As first time homebuyers my husband and I could not have asked for a better realtor. David seems to have endless energy and went to any and all of the properties I sent him in my 2am Zillow searches. The offer that was finally accepted was on a home David had sent us video of while we were on vacation. I absolutely trusted his opinion and I’m so glad we did. We had close to 9 offers rejected before one stuck and David’s patience and persistence is what made us stick it out in this crazy market. During the close process David was an invaluable resource for us. He walked us through the inspection and the appraisal and was able to negotiate the sellers to leave their washer dryer for us.
