He walked us through the entire process and had our best interest at heart, telling us if he thought a property was a good investment or advising us to stay away due to unfixable problems. The offer that was finally accepted was on a home David had sent us video of while we were on vacation. I absolutely trusted his opinion and I’m so glad we did. We had close to 9 offers rejected before one stuck and David’s patience and persistence is what made us stick it out in this crazy market. During the close process David was an invaluable resource for us. He walked us through the inspection and the appraisal and was able to negotiate the sellers to leave their washer dryer for us.
