Chris was fantastic! He is incredibly knowledgeable and was extremely thorough while helping us buy our first home. He explained the entire process to us in great detail, which was so helpful as first-time buyers. Chris went above and beyond by negotiating with the builder to include new appliances for us. He also saved us from a major future headache when he noticed the AC unit was frequently cycling on and off; it turned out to need extensive repairs that the builder had to cover. Furthermore, he suggested a radon test which revealed high levels, resulting in the builder paying for a mitigation system instead of us! It is great to have a Realtor with his level of expertise and attention to detail. We will definitely be using him again, and I highly recommend him to all our family and friends. Thanks, Chris! As first time homebuyers my husband and I could not have asked for a better realtor. David seems to have endless energy and went to any and all of the properties I sent him in my 2am Zillow searches. He walked us through the entire process and had our best interest at heart, telling us if he thought a property was a good investment or advising us to stay away due to unfixable problems. The offer that was finally accepted was on a home David had sent us video of while we were on vacation. I absolutely trusted his opinion and I’m so glad we did. We had close to 9 offers rejected before one stuck and David’s patience and persistence is what made us stick it out in this crazy market. During the close process David was an invaluable resource for us. He walked us through the inspection and the appraisal and was able to negotiate the sellers to leave their washer dryer for us. Takeisha was great to work with, and the entire process went as smoothly as possible - I had zero complaints.
