Despite this I received multiple offers and Linda negotiated a perfect deal for me in terms of sale price and closing period. Linda brought in an excellent photo/videographer to showcase the apartment online, which created a lot of visibility on the online platforms such as Redfin and Zillow. Linda was always available to answer questions, give guidance, and kept me posted on progress (visitors, offers, etc.). She is great realtor and very pleasant to work with. I had a great experience!
