Tiffany worked with me through very difficult circumstances. She went well beyond what any other realtor would have endured. The more obstacles I encountered, as it was an estate sale with multiple interested parties, the more support and professional advice I received. Tiffany made the sale of this house the easy part of the whole process. Her professionalism and expertise make her a great realtor. Her genuineness and empathy make her an outstanding person. I wholeheartedly recommend Tiffany.

Jay helped me buy my very first home when I was young and single, and he was so exceptional that I called him again years later—older, wiser, and now a wife and mom. My husband truly appreciated Jay’s patience and his deep knowledge of all things real estate. He is always available, never pushy, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Jay makes the entire process feel comfortable and well-informed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Marissa and her team provided knowledge of real estate in general, specific information about Valley Stream and current market conditions, along with understanding of the challenges of selling our parent’s home if over 60 years. They made themselves available in person, via phone calls and texts from beginning to end of the process. Marissa served as the lead agent and primary contact person from early spring until closing at the end of August. From clean out of the home and making recommendations about how to best present the home Marissa had an eye on how to best present the home in order to make the best of current market conditions She showed the house at all times of day after two open houses to maintain momentum of buyers’ interest. Her attention to detail was impressive - even arriving at the honeymoon hours before and evening open house to make sure the house was cooled down to best show the home Marissa facilitated the buyers multiple visits, an inspection and work we agreed to complete prior to the sale. I can’t say enough about how professional I found the Makram/Foley/Green team to be. But for me, their kindness, encouragement and support through an emotional process of selling our childhood home after Mom’s passing was a crucial feature. They also understood the challenges of family dynamics and helped our attorney get the closing completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended

Amy is amazing. She made the process of buying and selling so seamless for my family. We wanted to purchase a home in a very specific area with little to no inventory. Amy found us our dream home. Highly recommend.

We not only sold our home but also bought our new dream home with Michael in 2021. Michael Patisso is an exceptionally unique real estate agent who goes above and beyond the agent standard. His energy, responsiveness, intuition, pricing knowledge, and willingness to mediate made both our transactions painless. Michael is professional and willing to out work others. My purchased home is in an exclusive neighborhood in Commack where homes typically last 15 days on the market if not less with no exaggeration. Currently there are 0 homes available for sale in my neighborhood. Michael found and negotiated under market leveraging the circumstances and He treated the transactions from my perspective and importance. I drive home still to this day in disbelief of owning my dream home. For those that are lucky enough to partner with Michael, It is a game changer. Good Luck to all! Albert R.

Dushawn is a really caring, knowledge, professional. He worked diligently to help us find the right home for our family. He was always available to answer questions. He patiently guided us through every step of the process. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
