Prior to our open house John and Kacey went in and performed a deep clean of the house (never see that with other realtors). When we had the Open House John kept us updated on how everything was going with the showings. We were completely informed by John and Tom on how to understand each offer that was made. We were never pressured to jump on offers but they made sure we understood how the process works. The knowledge they had in what we should list the property at to be competitive helped.
