It is tedious to detail the past months to the present, but I found a home and sold mine simultaneously. Kevin and his team were there the whole time. From preparing my home to sell while securing my new home, he was there through thick and thin. Never overbearing or pushy, never demanding. A man with integrity. As time went on here is what stood out: he will outwork, out-compete, and earn every bit of your sale or buy or both. He has a team in place for every step of the way.
