Words cannot adequately express our gratitude towards Charles. During times of turmoil, uncertainty and rapid economic changes, the ability to make sound decisions becomes impaired. However, my partner and I believe that Charles was wonderful and pivotal in keeping us grounded. We experienced hiccups with loan officers, banks, attorneys and contractors…it however it didn’t really bother us, Charles was there every step of the way to explain things, make phone calls and re-assure us that things were alright and that he is taking care of things.
