Words cannot adequately express our gratitude towards Charles. During times of turmoil, uncertainty and rapid economic changes, the ability to make sound decisions becomes impaired. However, my partner and I believe that Charles was wonderful and pivotal in keeping us grounded. It is easy to become emotional when purchasing a house, and making rash decisions with hundreds of thousands of dollars, and ending up with buyer’s remorse and bitterness towards a poor decision. Charles was excellent in breaking things down in regards to how our mortgage would be split, in addition to suspected general upkeep of our new home. We were never pressured, rushed, or pushed into something we weren’t comfortable with. Charles was always on our team, which is something you really need in today’s market. We experienced hiccups with loan officers, banks, attorneys and contractors…it however it didn’t really bother us, Charles was there every step of the way to explain things, make phone calls and re-assure us that things were alright and that he is taking care of things. If you are a first time buyer, or even a veteran of re-estate, we could not recommend anyone better!
