I couldn't have had a better real estate agent. Nothing was too much for David. I had all kinds of complications, like finding out I needed permits for renovations that had been done, air conditioning not working, etc. He walked through all the negative issues very professionally. He would always keep me updated as to where things were at. He found a way to close the property in spite of the permits not being completed. I was thousands of miles away in California. He took care of everything. I did not have to go on site to solve any of the problems. I would strongly recommend him as an excellent real estate agent.

Mona is just amazing. Mona has knowledge and experience. Mona knows her market. Always on time. Always uplifting. And she speaks Spanish beautifully. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
