Through extensive online research we came across Andrea's profile and were very impressed. We had intended to meet with several brokers but after meeting with Andrea first we didnt feel the need to look any further. Her extensive knowledge and attention to detail was amazing. Where many agents would just select the highest bid on your home, Andrea went beyond the bid to make sure the buyer was qualified so we wouldnt waste our time and that effort certainly saved us a couple times. Finally, it was wonderful to see Andrea show up to what turned out to be a very stressful closing (due to the buyers lawyer) - she saw the sale through from A to Z.
