We are extremely grateful to Vito Angelo and his team for everything they did to help us sell our aunt’s home in Brooklyn following her passing. This was one of the most difficult and complicated real estate transactions we could have imagined. What should have been a straightforward sale turned into a process that lasted nearly three years, with the home on the market for almost two of them. Vito had to navigate an unnecessarily long process to get the property to market. When the house was finally available to be shown, it was in poor condition—dirty, cluttered, unpainted, and looking like a hoarding situation. People remained in the home, making showings difficult, and the property next door underwent a major renovation that resulted in scaffolding and construction debris encroaching on our property. Through every obstacle, Vito never gave up on us. He remained patient, professional, responsive, and persistent throughout the process. He looked for solutions, dealt with circumstances that were largely outside of his control, and kept pushing forward when it would have been understandable for anyone to walk away. Most importantly, Vito never made us feel like we were another transaction. He remained committed to getting our family to the finish line, even when the road there was incredibly difficult. After nearly two years on the market, multiple deals falling through through no fault of his own, and countless other challenges, Vito got the job done. We cannot thank him enough for his dedication, patience, professionalism, and perseverance. Selling an estate under these circumstances was no easy task, having someone like Vito in our corner made all the difference. If you are looking for a real estate agent who will stick with you, work through difficult situations, and never give up when things get complicated, we highly recommend Vito Angelo and his team. He earned our trust, our respect, and our appreciation, and we would absolutely work with him again.
