We met him while he was showing a property and he quickly became the real estate agent we wanted to work with for the purchase of our new home. Charles was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and personable. He negotiated a purchase price for us which came in under the appraisal and walked us through the entire home purchasing process. The service that he provided was above and beyond anything we could have anticipated and managed to make the whole process enjoyable.
