She listened and she genuinely cared about us and our journey—by the end of the process she was like a friend. In late 2019, my family and I decided to make a move from Deer Park to Dix Hills. We had no idea what the process was like so the first call I placed was to Glenn Lombardo. He immediately put us at ease explaining what to expect and how I can get the maximum value for my home. He was patient with all my questions and basically just took over from there. Glenn meticulously arranged all the showings, open house, photographs, digital staging, listing, and everything else. I just sat back and he would either call or text me updates. Within 3 weeks, Glenn had the place sold for OVER asking price (and remember, this was before housing frenzy of 2020). And when it came time to purchase my new home in Dix Hills, I would have no one other than Glenn help me with the process. I saw about 5 or 6 homes before I decided to put in an offer on one. Once again, Glenn was there the whole time and made the process super easy. In this case, he was able to help me both negotiate a better price as well as asking the seller to make some repair concessions. On top of that, he was able to recommend a mortgage agent as well as a good inspector just so I wouldn't have to go around searching for one. First of all I must say that, Ritesh Rai is awesome! His passion for going extra miles for home buyer is simply amazing! My wife and I are the first time home buyers. My friends who are already own their house, advised us to not get involved with realtor agents .. So, we used to go open house by ourselves and never got any feedback from seller agent. Then, my wife and I decided to go with an realtor agent. Luckily, we've met with Ritesh Rai at an open house in long Island. He literally explained in and out of that property .. and at the same time, based on our budget he simply said that, " Ahmed I'll find you a happy home within two months " literally within a month and half he showed us a small potential home .. fully paid off solar panels, thankless gas heating, fully renowned kitchen and coconut white paint .. We've closed week and a half before and honestly love our sweet little home! Yes, as a first time buyer, we're have so many confusions and questions ..
