Glenn Lombardo is the man!

In late 2019, my family and I decided to make a move from Deer Park to Dix Hills. We had no idea what the process was like so the first call I placed was to Glenn Lombardo. He immediately put us at ease explaining what to expect and how I can get the maximum value for my home. He was patient with all my questions and basically just took over from there. Glenn meticulously arranged all the showings, open house, photographs, digital staging, listing, and everything else. I just sat back and he would either call or text me updates. Within 3 weeks, Glenn had the place sold for OVER asking price (and remember, this was before housing frenzy of 2020). And when it came time to purchase my new home in Dix Hills, I would have no one other than Glenn help me with the process. I saw about 5 or 6 homes before I decided to put in an offer on one. Once again, Glenn was there the whole time and made the process super easy. In this case, he was able to help me both negotiate a better price as well as asking the seller to make some repair concessions. On top of that, he was able to recommend a mortgage agent as well as a good inspector just so I wouldn't have to go around searching for one. Selling and/or purchasing a new home is a stressful event for anyone. But with Glenn, you can be assured you have a consummate professional and a real champion on your side.
