We have recently been involved in three separate real estate experiences in different states; our experience with Nicole was head and shoulders the best house buying experience. Nicole spent ample time showing us different neighborhoods and homes that we might be interested in, and even Face Timed us when we were back in New Jersey. We were so very luck to get the right agent to help us find a house. We wanted to sell our 3rd floor walk up condominium and buy a house. Lindsey was referred to us by another condominium couple. From the very start Lindsey was very attentive, listened to what we wanted, she was very knowledgeable, smart, passionate at what she does and to top it off very professional. We loved working with Lindsey, she was very personable and took her time with us, she would even point out the feature's of the home and the not so nice parts of the home. She is Honest! We did sell our condo with Lindseys experience in what people are looking for and at what price. I would recommend her in a heart beat. We have and we will keep in touch with her, because you never know when the mood strikes you and you want to go somewhere else. We live in NYS and Phil was our agent in the Bradenton area. We have bought a number of homes over the years and have talked to many friends who have done the same. Phil is far and away the best agent we have ever come across. Most importantly, he listens. We first had a phone meeting where we described what we were looking for. When we came to town he showed us properties that were the type that we had discussed previously. He has a lot of information about the neighborhoods, the homes, the area in general. He educated us which was so important as we were out of town. Phil was incredibly hard working. We didn't find anything our first trip, but Phil kept on looking and sending us possibilities. Most of them were "it's not what you're looking for, but take a look anyway." Eventually, it was, "Take a look at this one. I think you'll like it." He was right. We came down to look and that was the one we bought. All along, he didn't just send us a listing, but he gave us additional information to help us in our process. Phil is on top of every little detail. I asked a lot of questions and he either knew the answer or found it and then got back to us. He was on top of the little details for the home inspection and the closing. Being out of town, it was reassuring that Phil was there. The closing went off without a hitch. By the way, we closed the day after Hurricane Helene. Phil went out after the hurricane to make sure the house was without damage. He then met our son a few days later to hand over the keys. Most importantly, Phil is a nice person, an honest man, and has become a good friend. You won't go wrong with Phil.

Rebecca is super kind, has a wealth of Real Estate knowledge, is incredibly professional and goes above and beyond to see her clients get the best possible outcome. We had some major hurdles to overcome in our transaction and she never wavered in seeing it through and researching what was best for us, her clients.
