She began by showing us comparable sales in our area which helped us set a realistic price for the home and generate the most buyers’ interest. She offered us a number of suggestions on how to prepare the house, inside and out, for the best presentation to prospective buyers. When interested buyers were scheduled to visit, Lisa arrived early, would tidy up a bit, if necessary, and light a few scented candles. At times, she even laid out some snacks.
