Lisa Cea did an outstanding job in selling our home for us. She began by showing us comparable sales in our area which helped us set a realistic price for the home and generate the most buyers’ interest. She offered us a number of suggestions on how to prepare the house, inside and out, for the best presentation to prospective buyers. When interested buyers were scheduled to visit, Lisa arrived early, would tidy up a bit, if necessary, and light a few scented candles. At times, she even laid out some snacks. She followed up with interested buyers and their agents and kept us informed at each step. The house sold quickly thanks to Lisa’s efforts and we couldn’t be more pleased with the fine job she did for us.
