Mike and his staff were very professional and helpful through the entire process. We had to sell an estate home long distance. There were several issues that needed to be resolved that would not normally be part of a real estate brokers duties. Mike and his office were very responsive and coordinated with others to bring about a successful sale.

If you are looking for a real estate agent then you can not go wrong with Matthew. From the very start he was super responsive, he really listened to what we wanted and helped us to understand the current market around Rochester. Starting out we did not know what area's to look at and were kind of all over the map, and he helped us to narrow the location down by providing us with deep dives in the each property, as well as giving us local knowledge to help focus in on a few area's instead of a wide radius. He was up front with the cost of the houses letting us know if it was over or under priced, of priced at of close to market value. That really helped us to decided on which houses may or may not be within our price range. The house we finally decided to put an offer in on needed a which turnaround due the fact it was delayed negotiations, which were due by noon the next day. Matt worked diligently and was able to get our offer in before the deadline. Even after the offer was excepted, he worked hard. Due to my VA loan we had other steps that needed to be addressed for the VA, one being that well water needed to be tested by a third party. He went above and beyond what I thought anyone would due and setup the water collection and lab testing. When the labs came back and it was shown to have failed one of the tests which would have halted our purchase due to the VA, he was able to get a water company out to the house to certify the installed water filtration system which satisfied the VA and our purchase went through. With out Matt I do not know if we would have been able to actually purchase our house. In the end Matt is a exceptional Realtor and will go above and beyond for any of his clients and if you are looking to purchase a house in the Rochester area, you defiantly can not go wrong with The Sharman Team Ian Jerla
