I am a disabled US Veteran, my son lives in Florida and was not a factor in Helping preparing the house for sale. By chance a new neighbor that Mr. Miller knew was holding a outdoor picnic to greet neighbors, As fate would have it Mr TJ Miller gave me his card with no strings or pressure.
