That expertise was very helpful! He would also often go the extra mile. For example, he offered go get his leaf blower to clear my front porch before listing pictures were taken, and he took the initiative to sit in an alleyway near the house I was interested in to assess the traffic/noise. The main thing that could be improved is that communication wasn’t always the clearest.

Moving is a very stressful process, and Dan made it feel seamless. I have two small children and he was so flexible with times and schedules. I would ask him to go see four houses in two hours and he scheduled every viewing quickly and was such a pleasure working with and viewing these houses.
