Kamran was a very kind and compassionate agent. You could tell he really cared. He was not just after a sale as he’d often give me honest feedback about concerns related to various houses. That expertise was very helpful! He would also often go the extra mile. For example, he offered go get his leaf blower to clear my front porch before listing pictures were taken, and he took the initiative to sit in an alleyway near the house I was interested in to assess the traffic/noise. The main thing that could be improved is that communication wasn’t always the clearest.
