T J Miller

I am a disabled US Veteran, my son lives in Florida and was not a factor in Helping preparing the house for sale. By chance a new neighbor that Mr. Miller knew was holding a outdoor picnic to greet neighbors, As fate would have it Mr TJ Miller gave me his card with no strings or pressure. We met with TJ and decided to go with him. Best move ever. He was a tremendous help in working with various people to get things ready. I wont go everything he did or sorted out but my Brother in Law our attorney said he has never heard of a real-estate agent be as involved in assisting a client sell their house. A reassuring and patient nature that made me feel that he always had both of our futures interest at heart. His expertise in the local market and negotiation skills led to a positive outcome, even under pressure. Which led to an extremely quick sale of one home as well as the purchase of another. Selling a home can be very stressful, particularly those facing difficult circumstances. I will be forever be grateful to TJ for his expertise and personable professionalism, that gave me the closure that I very much needed.

From the minute TJ walked into our home we were impressed. He was prepared with details and had excellent knowledge of previous homes sold in the neighborhood. He was spot on with the initial price point and was certain we would receive multiple offers above it. Although the closing time took a little longer than expected ,TJ was there to bulldog any obstacles and issues.
