Ashley is amazing. The entire process was remarkably smooth, and almost entirely because of her. This wasn't our first time buying, so I know how it can be. She listened, never pushed us, and really got a feel for what we liked - zeroing in on places with each viewing. She insisted that we needed to really *like* a place to bid on it, not just say it was "good enough". And I'm so glad she did! She wrangled all the communications, even late at night, even on the weekends. She was always pleasant, always cheerful, always excited to troubleshoot any obstacles that came up. Kamran was a very kind and compassionate agent. You could tell he really cared. He was not just after a sale as he’d often give me honest feedback about concerns related to various houses. That expertise was very helpful! He would also often go the extra mile. For example, he offered go get his leaf blower to clear my front porch before listing pictures were taken, and he took the initiative to sit in an alleyway near the house I was interested in to assess the traffic/noise. The main thing that could be improved is that communication wasn’t always the clearest.

Bill provided the most intensive and complete assessment of the physical characteristics of each property we looked at. He provided accurate and insightful assessments of the market conditions and thoughtful reflections on the future market. During the process of actually buying our home Bill was very helpful in thinking through what was a successful offer.
