Working with Matt Sharman and the Sharman Team was one of the best experiences we’ve had with a realtor. Matt truly goes above and beyond and stands out for his creativity/marketing, out-of-the-box thinking, negotiation skills, and communication. He made both buying our new home and selling our existing one feel seamless and smooth.Matt knows how to leverage social media to benefit his clients, and that really sets him apart. We’ve never worked with someone so hardworking and focused on putting the client first. His passion for real estate shines through, and it gave us confidence throughout the process. It was a real pleasure working with him. We highly recommend Matt!

Karen was a delight to work with. Her attention to detail and follow up on questions were appreciated and valuable. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to prospective home buyers.
