Jeeva Seevaratnam helped me to buy my first house. It can be a bit scary to buy your first house, but Jeeva made the experience as pleasant as possible. Since I was very new to homebuying, I had a ton of questions and concerns which Jeeva patiently answered. Jeeva even took the time to walk me through what I should look for when we were viewing houses. Jeeva is also very knowledgeable in real estate investment and he shared some of that knowledge with me which I really appreciated. Jeeva is excellent at negotiating. He got me a great deal on my house--I was honestly expecting to pay a few thousand more. During the final walkthrough, we found that the macerator pump in the basement was not working. Jeeva took the initiative and negotiated with the seller for a generous credit to fix the pump. I have worked with a few other realtors and Jeeva was by far the best out of all of them. Jeeva has an incredible work ethic--even while he was recovering from surgery, he was still working and staying in touch with me. While I was working with Jeeva, I never doubted that he was looking out for my interests.
