From returning my call re possibly listing my property till closure Michael and his team were always prompt in returning calls, texts, emails. If they did not have an answer they quickly followed up with us. Micheal’s real estate knowledge is vast and professional, he and his team had many suggestions on how to increase curb appeal of our property, the photos that were taken were stunning, needless to say our property was unusual ie acreage, pastures, barn, riding arena, etc not what every home owner is desiring. I lived out of state and Michelle worked with me by sending me homes to review. Any questions I had about a house she found the answers for me. One house had a shared well. Michelle found out if the house could be hooked up to the city water and what the cost would be. Once I had a few houses that I liked, she took my son to look at them. I then had one house that I really liked (and my son likes) but I did not want to buy it would out someone else looking to.
