While this review asks us to rate our experience as a seller, I think it is equally important to recognize her efforts in the purchase of our current home. For the sale of our home, she was very thorough in her approach and truly guided us through the entire process up to and including explaining the famous "broom clean" quote! Everything was thoroughly documented and explained clearly. For the purchase of our current home, she explained the importance of doing our homework and providing properties that helped us narrow down our choices of size, location/communities and style of home. Taking notes from that she found the perfect home for us the day it became listed. And she helped us navigate the process of determining how much to bid. We would not hesitate to use Dawn again and highly recommend her as an agent.

Barbara Hoy is a true professional from the word GO. We met Barbara as the result of an inquiry from our mortgage lender. From the first meeting Barbara took the time to get to know us and to understand what we were looking for. She did not allow us to waste time on properties that she knew we would not be interested in. We were looking at a time when there was not a lot of homes on the market so in order to secure a home, she did comprehensive market analysis assisting us in making an informed offer on the property we were interested in. When it came time to sell our house she went through and advised anything we may need to address. When she set up appointments for viewings she made sure they were not interfering with our plans. Barbara was a joy to work with that made the process of selling and buying simple.
