For the purchase of our current home, she explained the importance of doing our homework and providing properties that helped us narrow down our choices of size, location/communities and style of home. Taking notes from that she found the perfect home for us the day it became listed. And she helped us navigate the process of determining how much to bid. We would not hesitate to use Dawn again and highly recommend her as an agent.

From the first meeting Barbara took the time to get to know us and to understand what we were looking for.
