Barbara Hoy

Barbara Hoy is a true professional from the word GO. We met Barbara as the result of an inquiry from our mortgage lender. From the first meeting Barbara took the time to get to know us and to understand what we were looking for. She did not allow us to waste time on properties that she knew we would not be interested in. We were looking at a time when there was not a lot of homes on the market so in order to secure a home, she did comprehensive market analysis assisting us in making an informed offer on the property we were interested in. When it came time to sell our house she went through and advised anything we may need to address. When she set up appointments for viewings she made sure they were not interfering with our plans. Barbara was a joy to work with that made the process of selling and buying simple.
