We used Dawn for both the sale and purchase of our properties. She worked tirelessly to make sure our experiences were memorable with minimum amount of stress. While this review asks us to rate our experience as a seller, I think it is equally important to recognize her efforts in the purchase of our current home. For the sale of our home, she was very thorough in her approach and truly guided us through the entire process up to and including explaining the famous "broom clean" quote! Everything was thoroughly documented and explained clearly. For the purchase of our current home, she explained the importance of doing our homework and providing properties that helped us narrow down our choices of size, location/communities and style of home. Taking notes from that she found the perfect home for us the day it became listed. And she helped us navigate the process of determining how much to bid. We would not hesitate to use Dawn again and highly recommend her as an agent.

Took good care of things including negotiating with the buyer to purchase things from me that I was no longer going to need. She took care of getting the house listed to the final closure. She also kept me motivated and moving as I lived in my house for 33+ years and had a lot to do to get my house cleaned out.
