Jennifer became my realtor unexpectedly through showing of another property. I immediately felt a calm, professional but personable vibe from her and was amazed at her eye for detail and extent of knowledge about homes, properties and their intricacies. The ability to retain information and facts makes Jennifer a stand out and also an incredible reference source. As we were looking at homes five hours from where we currently live Jennifer without being asked (!!) offered to take video viewings of those properties we were most interested in to determine whether we wanted to actually see in person. Those video excursions were invaluable to our home decision process and were fun and informative to watch. I would highly recommend Jennifer Noble as a realtor with ethics, personality, dedication, optimism, and very thorough follow-through. She was truly instrumental in our home buying experience and advocating in our best interests will remain a friend for life!

As everyone can guess - buying OR selling a home is stressful - but IMAGINE Buying AND SELLING at the SAME TIME - AND WITH A VERY TIGHT DEADLINE!! Polly really dug in and worked hard with our special situation. She ALWAYS got back to us sameday via text or call - and if she didn't have an answer for us, she knew exactly who to direct us to. Her communication and her knowledge, along wih her down-earth personality made the choas so much more bearable. We didn't even need an open houe to sell!! By the end of the day we listed, we have 4 showing scheduled in the next 2 days - and the 2nd people to see it made a FULL PRICE OFFER! She helps you get exactly what you want and is very knowledgeable. She’s honest, kind and reliable. She was always available when we asked to see a home, and she was always very good about getting back to us with any questions we had.
