Polly is a Rockstar!

As everyone can guess - buying OR selling a home is stressful - but IMAGINE Buying AND SELLING at the SAME TIME - AND WITH A VERY TIGHT DEADLINE!! Polly really dug in and worked hard with our special situation. She ALWAYS got back to us sameday via text or call - and if she didn't have an answer for us, she knew exactly who to direct us to. Her communication and her knowledge, along wih her down-earth personality made the choas so much more bearable. We didn't even need an open houe to sell!! By the end of the day we listed, we have 4 showing scheduled in the next 2 days - and the 2nd people to see it made a FULL PRICE OFFER! Polly really made us feel like a priority and fought to make things work out. She was a GREAT PROBLEM SOLVER and kept things moving forward! Thank you Pauline for everything!
