I had been looking for a house to purchase for myself and my family and actually had another agent “helping” me… this first agent just didn’t seem interested in helping us find the perfect home so i stopped looking for a bit to let our contract expire! Then I saw a house I wanted to see some time later and Colleen showed me the house! Well this house didn’t work out for us. Colleen made us a priority and showed me several and I mean several houses without any issue! She was always there and always willing and super helpful and supportive! I just couldn’t believe how absolutely amazing Colleen was to us! Seriously a godsend! I call her my angel!!! We are now in our dream home and Colleen even gave us a card and house warming gift! Btw she can show u any house! I highly recommend Colleen if ur searching for a home and want a dependable reliable empathetic kind supportive agent willing to go above and beyond! Colleen is ur girl!!!

I sold my mother's house this past January. I have never sold a house before. Colleen was very good with keeping me posted every step of the process. She is very professional and down to Earth as well. She did everything that she could when I needed to get the trim painted, including finding me a painter in November.
