I had been looking for a house to purchase for myself and my family and actually had another agent “helping” me… this first agent just didn’t seem interested in helping us find the perfect home so i stopped looking for a bit to let our contract expire! Then I saw a house I wanted to see some time later and Colleen showed me the house! Well this house didn’t work out for us. She is very professional and down to Earth as well. She did everything that she could when I needed to get the trim painted, including finding me a painter in November.
